Late Policy

At Naturally Divine Beauty, we understand that life can be unpredictable with traffic, weather, and accidents. That’s why we have a flexible Late Policy to accommodate our clients. But we also value the time of our stylists and want to provide exceptional service to all of our clients. So, if you’re running late, please let us know at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment, and we’ll do our best to adjust the schedule. However, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation at the stylist or salon’s discretion to prevent overlapping with other appointments. A “$1 per minute” rule will apply for total late time. Thank you for your cooperation in advance!

Walk-in Appointments

At Naturally Divine Beauty, we welcome walk-in appointments. However, to ensure the best possible service, we recommend booking an appointment in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you, but wait times may occur. We suggest calling ahead before traveling to the salon, 214-350-4900. Our Late/Cancellation policy applies to all scheduled appointments, walk-ins and call-ins.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice to avoid any charges. Our stylists have reserved that time just for you, and canceling or rescheduling last minute can be disruptive to their schedules. As such, we do require a credit card on file when booking appointments. If you cancel or reschedule before the 48-hour mark, no charge will be made. But if it’s after the 48-hour mark, 50% of the appointment total will be charged to the credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding!

Service Policy

We take pride in our work. Above all else we want you to love the way you look and feel after your services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your hair or your service, please allow us to make the proper adjustments. Please contact the salon within 24-48hrs of your service. After 24-48hrs a complimentary adjustment will only be considered at stylist/salon discretion, and additional service/product fees may result. Any unopened/unused retail products can be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date. We do not provide refunds on services or products.

Guest Policy

Our salon is not child or pet proof. Hot styling tools, sharp scissors, chemicals and a busy salon can all become a safety hazard with children and pets. Supervision for any child 18 and under is asked from a guest not also receiving a service. Children or extra guests are not permitted to wait around in the salon; we also ask that you refrain from bringing any pets other than service animals into the salon.
